Hello, I'm new to the board and finally bought a Z32. I recently replaced the power antenna with a universal brand. It works fine as I've tested it and fitted it in the car nicely. I have a 12VDC of constant power and I also have a 12V signal wire to tell the antenna when to go up or down. I've connected correctly but now my antenna goes up for only 30 seconds whenever the stereo is first initially turned on. Then the antenna goes down regardless if the stereo is on. During those 30 seconds if I decide to turn off the stereo the antenna would go down. The only thing is that the antenna won't stay up longer than a few seconds. Anyone had any problems like that. I'm thinking is the power antenna timer but I won't doubt that is my bose stereo either. What can it be?
